The Internet is a wonderful thing. It allows us to reach out and touch someone instantly; anywhere in the world. But in everything that it brings good, there are some things that aren't so good. For example, recently a customer came into the shop with a bike that they had purchased as a "red-hot deal" on the Internet. It was a nice, high-dollar bike that came fully assembled with only minor tweaking needed . . . right?
Well, that's not quite the way it was shipped. We took the bike back into our service department and spent several hours reassembling this bicycle. The cables were too short, the derailleurs were wildly out of adjustment, and many other things were just wrong. Did this person really save any money?
At Sunshine Bike Shop we stand behind everything we sell. If it's a bike, we will tune and adjust that bicycle for one full year, whatever it needs. After that first year, we will make adjustments, free, for life. This of course excludes damage and worn-out parts, but you get the picture. We want to make your bicycling experience the very best it can be.
